Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Earth Cleaning Pty Ltd. By confirming a booking, requesting services, making payment, or allowing services to proceed, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Communication
All communication must be conducted via phone call or text message. Emails are not monitored for time sensitive matters and will not be considered a valid method of urgent communication.
Services and Pricing
A minimum service time of 2 hours applies to all bookings.
Additional services are charged as follows. Carpet and window cleaning incur a $50 fee in addition to the hourly rate.
Specialist services including crime scene, emergency, or biohazard cleaning may incur additional charges and will be quoted at the discretion of Earth Cleaning Pty Ltd.
Clients who request a site inspection incur a $50 call out fee.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is required prior to the scheduled service. Services will not commence unless payment has been received and confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and card payment. Card payments incur a 2 percent processing fee. Bank transfer does not incur any additional fees.

Clients must include their property or street name and invoice number where applicable in the payment description.
Invoices must be requested prior to service.
Late Payments and Booking Suspension
Any overdue payment will incur a 5 percent late payment fee. Earth Cleaning Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend all future bookings until outstanding balances are paid in full.
Cancellations Rescheduling and Refunds
All payments are strictly non refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time may be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.
Parking and Property Access
Where free parking is not available any parking costs incurred will be added to the total service cost.
Clients are responsible for providing safe reasonable and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time.
Government Funded Clients
Clients funded by TAC or NDIS must provide valid and current proof of funding prior to booking and updated documentation as funding renews.
Earth Cleaning Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse services where documentation is incomplete expired or not provided.
Pre-Existing Damage and Liability
Clients acknowledge and agree that our company cannot be held liable for any damage, breakage, or defects in the property, furniture, fixtures, fittings, or appliances that existed prior to the provision of cleaning services, including damage that is not visible or readily detectable at the time of service. Our liability is strictly limited to damage that can be clearly demonstrated is directly caused by the negligent actions of our staff during the cleaning process.
This includes, but is not limited to, items that may have pre-existing weaknesses such as hairline cracks, structural faults, or fragility. Accidental minor impacts, normal wear and tear, or breakage resulting from latent defects are not the responsibility of our company. Clients are encouraged to notify us of any known fragile or damaged items prior to service
No guarantee is made regarding the removal of permanent stains heavy build up or damage existing prior to service.
Health Safety and Right to Refuse Service
Clients must ensure a safe working environment.
Earth Cleaning Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions are unsafe hazardous or unhygienic or where aggressive animals are present and not secured.
In such cases payment will remain payable in full.
Acceptance of Terms
Booking confirmation payment or allowance of service commencement constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
No variation of these Terms and Conditions will apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by Earth Cleaning Pty Ltd.
